Yep, we have the non-pumped version as we have a whole house pump.
Yes, the hot and cold mixing is the control unit that you mount somewhere
hidden (under bath, ceiling void) has some sort of electronic valve. No
drips and we have a fairly large shower head :-)
The only thing in the shower itself is the shower head (Various types
available or use a non aqualisa one.) and the on/off, temp control which is
fed by a LV cable.
