Tried resetting the BIOS and no difference, after you mentioned the
power
supply I did notice as it was trying to power up the whine of the drives
rises and falls as though they are struggling, so it looks like it could be
the power supply, I'll try and replace with another Antec one if I can but
will have to do mail order, any opinions on the supplies from PC World

Next thing I'd try would be another PSU. Oh, and resetting the CMOS,
that sometimes gets corrupted.
