Overpriced and underspecified.

To be brutally honest, Dell aint that bad after all, unless you want
something nicer, and at that point... well, it's probably better to buy
from
a shop where you can see the goods and get a good rapport going.

In Scotland, top marks go to Kustom PCs. (www.kustom.co.uk) who sell very
nice kit.

It's just my opinion, but it can be better to buy locally and spend a
little
bit more than to just get boxes from the webtailers. I had terrible issues
with dead equipment from mail order, and very few problems face to face.

Notable exception: LinITX. Brilliant service, great kit.
