I agree with Craig on this. I have a PIII 700 (PC not serveR) with
1gig of ram and 300gig IDE (not sata)

It runs without problem....

Windows Server 2003
Exchange 2004
Homeseer v2
Geovision (4 CAM Recording 24x7)
xAP stuff
VOIP stuff
DNS
FTP
DHCP
Active Directory
File Serving (including profiles etc)

Does the lot basically. At idle it sits at 18% utilisation and even
when busy it never goes neer 100%.
