Been having a look at upload speeds (DSL bonded looks good but sounds
expensive!)

Some ISP's (eg Zen, Pipex) seem to offer 'up to 448k', but cannot seem to
get a straight answer as to what I might get. Does it depend my max
downloa=

speed?

Just looking for a reliable ISP with a better upload than the 256k I have
