Re: RS-232 max cable length



Hi,

I had one at work which allowed me to carry out testing, on a computer
with a rs232 lead the length of two train carriages. Which is about 60 m
including a few twists turns and some slack.

I currently have one about 20 m in my study which is unshielded, running
temporary to my w800.  Works fine.

You may need to experiment a little with it thou.
