OK. Pairing is correct for Dropwire/Lead in although Orange/White is the
first pair and Green/Black is the scond :)

So they dont share any cable after the incoming block. I hate it when
people
cutt the spare wires off!

There is no excuse for wrong colours if using CAT5 becaue it had the
correct
coloured wires in it :)

A temporary replacement would be the quickest way of proving the fault. If
it fixed the problem then run a permanent replacement
