I thought about commenting on the wall-chaser options too. (not the
carpet for once, as I inherited one far, far worse when I bought my
house..)
I believe I have heard of at least two varieties of wall chaser, - one
is an SDS channeller, - basically a channel shaped chisel bit used with
hammer action only in an SDS drill, - the other I *think* I've seen
reference to in the past, is like a dual-bladed angle grinder, where
there are two, quite small cutting discs about an ince apart, that cut
both sides of a channel at once.. - makes it nice & easy to keep the
two
sides parallel... (although not doubt makes double the dust as it does
it)...
