Correct me if I am wrong, but in practice "business level
service"
just translates into lower contention ratios. Given that peak times
for contention are outside normal office hours, when kids and parents
are at home, opting for a business service may not make sense?
AFAIK, no ADSL provider currently offers any guaranteed levels of
service or response times to fix outages.
