As always when this question comes up I will recommend web mania

telnet/ssh, loads of features. Support is also very good, the
LivePerson support is always online, and very helpful. Fast servers,
and fast connection - hard to beat. (one disadvantage is no access to
raw logs)

package for a customer, and its very reliable, great features, fast
servers, fast connection and great support people too.

PS in case you're wondering how come I needed to talk to support so
much it was with regard to getting mod_perl set up, and other custom
Apache handlers, cron jobs etc....
