BT Home hub + wireless bridge

Hopeing there is someone on here who has set up a BT home hub and got
a
wireless bridge (?) working with it...

What I am trying to do is connect a wired section of my network to another
wired section.  One of the wired sections is connected to our BT home hub
and I have now been instructed to get rid of the cat5 cable slung across
our lounge that connects the home hub to the other wired section so...
Anyone know of a device capable of doing this ??
