I'm having less joy with mine.  Still doesn't switch the plasma to the
correct input, and I think I've tried pretty much every combination (though
it takes a long time to upload changes, so it's a fairly painful process).
SWMBO has now taken an official dislike to it, so it's been consigned to
the
pile of universal remotes until I can get around to trying to program it
again.   Likewise, my experience of their support isn't good....my set up
is
nothing special, but because a use a tuner box with the plasma (Panasonic)
it apparently makes things a lot more confusing than if I was just using a
screen with an on-board tuner.

Not got it working with X10, not even sure how to do that.

i have the harmony 885 I think, absolutely brilliant, absolutely
breeze to set up, few tweaks needed but their support is out of this
world, fantastic doesn't begin to describe them!!

plus they just send you a new one and don't collect the old one if you
have even the slightest problem that requires a replacement ;)
