Iain,

..OK, I'll bite :)

What were your findings, how would I go about extracting data from it ?

Marcus

Electrisave ??

I did do some work on interfacing the electrisave to the PC a
while ago,
but other stuff came up that was more important, and it got put
to the
back burner. If anyone is interested I can let you know my
findings. I
got to the stage where I was getting values to the PC that
changed with
power consumption, but couldn't quite understand exactly how
they
related to current/Kwh consumption. I believe with a bit more
work, an
interface could easily be produced allowing the standard
receiver to be
connected to the PC, or with the addition of a separate RF
receiver, a
stand alone interface. Since you can connect upto 3 sensors to
the
electrisave transmitter, you could easily log 3 different power
consumptions.

Iain
