Lots of commercial offerings out there from the basic to the esoteric.
Many also are fully featured and allow control too. In that camp have a
Google for:
Xantech MRC44 or MRC88
Speakercraft Easy6
Sonance Harbour
Russound
If all you want is a controllable AV matrix switcher then have a Google
for:
Autopatch
Extron
Kramer
All have offerings that do what you want.
