[OT] Ariel Hosting

Sorry, I know we don't discuss such issues here, but can anyone
help...

I know several UKHA people use what was Ariel, now Zouch, but the server
(seven) has been down since 1st August, and there's absolutely no response
to email, support tickets, or anything.  I assume JB is away, and that's
why
nothing has been done.  Has anyone got any clues or advice (except the
obvious!), off list if you like?
