ditto- i was going to use the phrase fragile- and not just in transit.
I
would keep it out of children/dog height and tell SWMBO that you would keep
it stocked with paper. It's a 4 pass printer.

We've had a 2600n colour in the office and it wasn't 'great'. However,
we gave it one hell of a hammering and it died after about 20,000 pages
of colour and was BER. Towards the end it sounded like a bag of nails!
:-)
I would have thought that light home use is hardly going to put this
unit under any real pressure though so should be fine.
