Geovision...simple on/off for alerts?!

Hey all,

I know there's a fair few geovision users on here so hope someone can
help me on this!

I'm intending to go for a system something around 12 cameras,
dedicated machine etc, will be looking for alerts, hopefully email
based when motion is detected on certain cameras,

Some of these will be permanent maybe i.e. front door but others i.e.
indoors will only be when im out.

So is there any easy way I could change to a different profile or
something!?  something along the lines of i walk in the door, push a
button on a touchscreen internet browser and it makes something happen
on the geovision server?

Guess this is something i'll find out when i get it all bought and
running but it be nice to know if it's even possible!
