I bought a set of these today.  Like all my other ukha inspired purchases
I'm sure I'll think of a use for them someday.  Anyway each strip says
it's 12V 0.7W, so say 60mA per strip.  The bundled transformer says it's
420mA so in theory you could do 7 strips from it.  You could always
replace the IKEA transformer with some higher rated 12v psu to power more
strips.
