RAID5 alerts

Just finished building my new music and picture server, using Windows
2003 Server and Mr Gates' RAID-5 arrangement with 4 discs. Tested it
today by disconnecting one drive, seemed to work fine, so reconnected it
and left it to re-synch its discs. However, there are no alarms to tell
you that a disc has died, other than searching the log files - the
server will live tucked away in a cupboard and could have one dead drive
for a long time before I go looking in the logs - more likely, I'll find
out when the second drive dies and takes all my music with it. Does
anyone know if its possible to make the server shout for help when one
of its drives fails?

Fanx
Martin
