These come up from time to time at various telephone equipment surplus
dealers
e.g.

- although out of
stock at present, lists for less than 20 quid

appear to have stock at 25 quid a piece.
Can't comment on suitability for installing in an exposed position, as
I've not seen one in the flesh.
