I'm a user of F2S's "Unlimited" Pure IP
"Specialist"/Power User 512k
service and I've had very little in the way of problems with the
service. Their tech support are pretty on-the-ball with things. I
don't know how they've changed post-PIPEX-takeover, but I haven't
noticed any difference.
