Has anyone got a sky gnome?

They are 69 pounds and you connect some base station box to your sky box,
then you can listen to the audio from your sky box from anywhere with a
reasonable wireless distance. (the idea is you listen to the radio
channels)
it also allows you to change the channel on the sky box remotely, so for
the
price of a sky room to room remote, I was thinking this might be a better
deal as it does more... anyone got one yet & does it work reasonably
well?
