I've got one. They work reasonably well. There's obviously a limit to
the audio quality from 3" speakers, but it does sounds ok. It changes
channel ok, and in a small 3 bed house it works reliably around the
whole house.

What's a 'sky room to room remote'? If it's a tvlink 'magic eye', a
second remote and a RF cable all for use with a second TV, I'd go for
that rather than the gnome - the gnome is 50 quid more and won't let
you see the EPG and various other things!
