There's an ISO standard for what constitutes an "acceptable"
number of
dead pixels. I think a cluster is treated as worse than individual ones
spread over the screen, especially in the centre.

Use a magnifying glass and switch between solid white, black, red,
green, and blue filling the screen. You should be able to spot either
stuck off or stuck on pixels. quite easily.
