My electronic thesaurus/dictionary defines 'automation' as 'A highly
technical
implementation; usually involving electronic hardware' and for one of the
synonyms gives
'high technology'
That seems to be the sense that we use the word in here. It may be related
to 'automatic,'
but that doesn't mean HA has to be automatic, simple or easy to use.
