Different people notice flicker differently. I own a 100Mhz one and
find it much better, but i could always see the flicker.  Also the
bigger the screen the more noticeable the flicker is so the more
necessary a 100Mhz will be.

Note that some "light gun" games won't work on a 100Mhz screen,
so if
you use a play station etc. bear that in mind.
