For a long time now I wish e traders had a rating system like ebay does.
I.e. for each order you can rate the trader poitive, negative or nutral
with a description.
Come on one of you web guru's put this type of package together

discontinued the product without even notifying me, which explained why

quoted 7 days delivery was taking almost three weeks.

Clearly a company not worth dealing with if one is buying for business
(or=20
even for private use but is not gifted with loads of idle time), and yet

another example of why e trading at the lowest price is not necessarily
the=20
best overall solution.

To the good e traders: keep it up, and hopefully find some way to=20
demonstrate that you are able to offer service in order that you can=20
differentiate your offer from the rest of the pack.  price is not=20
everything.
