Shame that although ebuyer took my order for several of these without any
problems, and sent back all the acknowledgement emails, it took me a long
time of digging through totally unhelpful pages to find that they had
discontinued the product without even notifying me, which explained why a
quoted 7 days delivery was taking almost three weeks.

Clearly a company not worth dealing with if one is buying for business (or
even for private use but is not gifted with loads of idle time), and yet
another example of why e trading at the lowest price is not necessarily the
best overall solution.

To the good e traders: keep it up, and hopefully find some way to
demonstrate that you are able to offer service in order that you can
differentiate your offer from the rest of the pack.  price is not
everything.
