Apologies if this sounds out of terms, but surely if you're going to
start a business in HA you need to be aware of what is available to you,
how the process of designing a solution for your clients works?

Although if you're following something on the lines of ITIL then perhaps
a 'best practice' document would help.

If I was a potential client and interested in spending =A380 or =A380,000
with you, and you handed me a questionnaire... I would be on the phone
to a.n.other HA company.

Please don=92t take the above as personal, its not intentional - more
constructive criticism.

Yes it answers my question, thank you for your help, and it can be in
a summarized way: As is =96 Want to Be =96 Implementation.
I am thinking of starting my own business in HA, so what I need to
develop is a questioner or a survey form to let the client fill it, I
don't think this is a ready made one, I think I need to build it from
scratch and add on it all the time. And it goes with out saying with
my business plan.
