I've used the Homeseer COM interface through CF before now, though
that's probably not too much use if you don't have Homeseer.  You could
use <CFEXECUTE> with a command line X10 program (I think there used
to
be one as part of the Activehome software that comes with the CM11?), or
you could have a look at the CFX_X10 custom tag in the Developer
