If both are powered subwoofers (with their own amplifiers) and you're
connecting to a line level signal, then yes you can just use a mono RCA
splitter to connect to two of them.

Alternatively, if your amp supports it, connect them to line level
outputs for the front channels, and send all LFE to the front channels.
(If your amp will let you do that without disconnecting the normal front
speakers).
