It does include a lot of I/O for the price.

The only unknown for me so far is the software side of things - how easy
is=
it to create complex applications I wonder?

Yep, the central heating application seems so suited to this device.  For
the price it seems remarkable too, provided the software matches the
hardware.  Potentially automating your heating and giving you SMS and Web
accesss to it for =A3125+vat and a few extra bits and pieces looks very
goo=
d
to me.

O2M8 seem to be encouraging the open source aspect of the scripting
laungag=
e
too (everything outside of the devices firmware seems to be based on open
source PHP/Python stuff).
