Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi All,

I think ever since upgrading (if that's the right word!) to XP SP2 I
keep getting a problem with IE. I'll type in a URL and it'll work no
problem then I'll try another and it'll fail. If I click Refresh it
works. This happens I would say 25%-50% of the time.

Is anyone else having the same problem?
