check out http://www.microsoft.com/mac
I think office for mac is alot better than office for pc.
I am not alone in that, but of course some would argue.
I find the interface slicker and the performance, er, well just better.
not as bloated as office for windows.
I run it on my powerbook no problems. You need the latest service pack
though, i found the bog standard install buggy.

Seriously Thinking about buying the girlfriend one of these to replace the
pc, however it would need to run (horror of Horrors) Microsoft Office.
What's the nearest version of Office for Mac to Office 2000 (what she's
used
to) and how would this run on the Mini Mac if I went for 512MB of memory??
Will only occasionally get used for office type stuff the majority of time
it will be for surfing the web and itunes.
Or is there a PC equivalent that looks this good (apart from Shuttle)
Cheers
Paul

Rob,
No not really .. there is no real equivalent ...
it is hard to judge, some programs seem to be optimised better and hence
run quicker.
I am thinking of getting rid of my Apple Cube and getting one of these
though!
Bulk buy anyone?
What do you want to use it for?
