Nildram have been good. I switch tariffs from their 'business' (i.e. 25:1
contention ratio) 512k package to their standard (50:1) 1Mb package, but
both have been faultless, and on the 3 times I had to call tech support, I
was through in a couple of mins, or less. Not premium rate either. They
also bill monthly, which is handy if you need to claim back the costs from
your company; not all do this (i.e. Virgin).

I'm looking for a provider that's reliable enough for business use, and for
home too.

Would like 1mb with fixed IP for Geovision etc.

Preferably with real support people to speak too not just email.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Dean.
