They do - Smart VPN client is on the CD supplied with the router and also
can be downloaded from Draytek's website -

There's also some VPN setup guides at http://www.draytek.co.uk/support/
which might help explain how it works etc.

I'm pretty sure Draytek supply a VPN client with the Vigor (but can't
check right now 'cos mines at home)
