Have you read any of the reviews of Giant Software's, oops sorry,
Microsoft's Anti-Spyware...
"Comprehensive" is not a word that could be applied to it...
Also whilst it is free now, it looks like it's going subscription based
ASAP...
Ho Yin,
Use a combination of AVG Antivirus (free), Spybot Search and Destroy
(free), Lavasoft AdAware (free)...
It cover the vast majority over problems...
