Filemon and Regmon from www.sysinternals.com should do what you need.

Guys,
Just updated to Acrobat 7 and its knocked out another app that spawns
Acrobat.
Can anyone recommend a good sys difference tool I can us to monitor what
gets changed when the upgrade takes place ?
A free one would be nice.
