Netgear FSM726S (I think). I have one and it's dead quiet (although it's
usually sat in my rack with some very noises stuff). It has two gigabit
ports, and you can plug in fibre/copper uplink modules later.
They also do a very reasonably priced 24x1000/100/10 port switch in the
range, but I forget the model number.
