Pronto remote with MCE

I have done some more searching and I have tracked down a solution to this
problem. Apparently its a problem with all learning remotes...

"Turns out that the Media Center remote has two sets of codes that
alternate
with each button press (apparently using a bit flipping technique). This
method is used so that a single key press isn't accidentally received twice
by the computer and is referred to as debounce."

To overcome this and switch off debounce you need to do a registry hack, I
have tried it and it works great!.... Full details here on Michael
Swanson's
blog:-
