Hi,

Try web-mania http://www.web-mania.com - =A320 + VAT
per year, full ssh
access, I use it to host my websites. Good support (realperson type support
almost 24/7) and fast connectivity. Very high reliability too.

For me there were 2 downsides (although these probably don't affect you)
1) no raw http log access
2) there is a lot of caching done - so you cant even generate your own logs
