Could it be that the channel your RF modulator is set to is
conflicting with another channel being distributed?!?

Try changing the channel on the modulator,  alternatively
www.satcure.co.uk i think thats the site, it used to have a good tv
distribution guide and a calculator for empty tv channels in ur area!
