Bit more than I'm willing to pay really - esp. if I want one in each
room=20
of the house.
And there's a lot of rooms. Maybe a solution could double up as a CBus=20
control instead of having saturn switches ?? Dont fancy a "wall of
weird"=20
with loads of displays and controllers

Hi Gareth,
Take a look at this device.
http://www.woodhead.com/gomig.html
I have one sitting on my desk at home for a project I am doing for=20
someone. They are really neat and run Windows CE.NET 4.2
You can programme it with free software from Microsoft or use the built=20
in web browser to connect to a server etc.
Has a wired Ethernet interface or you can use the PCMCIA slot in the=20
top. Comes with a really neat desktop cradle and can be battery powered.=20
Does all the usual CE stuff like suspend, low power etc
The display is a 6.5" TFT and is really nice and bright. Uses a
MediaQ=20
graphics controller so is pretty quick on the display front.
I think the price was around =A31300 for one offs, but in quantity I am=20
sure it can be brought below =A31000. Bulk buy maybe???
Regards
Dave...
