Personally, I think it's a waste to have a screen for control and one for
viewing.  I'd like just the one screen.  Perhaps I just have a small house
;-)

You could use a small (7" or whatever) LCD as a touchscreen interface
to
audio.  Assuming it's not for video, I'd say that's a great solution.  Of
course, you can't sit on the sofa and use it :-/
