Sorry, you have no such right to cancel in this case. Perishable items=20
(which includes things such as theatre tickets, or your quad biking) are=20
exempt. Have a look at section 6 (page 14 onwards) of...

My understanding of this is based on reading the act and associated=20
documents, you may like to consult your local Citizens Advice Bureau or=20
Trading Standards to confirm it.
