Sorry, you have no such right to cancel in this case. Perishable items
(which includes things such as theatre tickets, or your quad biking) are
exempt. Have a look at section 6 (page 14 onwards) of...

My understanding of this is based on reading the act and associated
documents, you may like to consult your local Citizens Advice Bureau or
Trading Standards to confirm it.
