Apologies for the off topic post.
I know this topic comes up on a regular basis, but am I right in
saying that if I order goods or services over the internet /
telephone that have a legal right to cancel within 7 days?
The details are I've booked to go quad biking through a supplier who
I've since found out is sub contracting the event and adding a very
hefty mark-up to boot (around 90%). Therefore I'd like to cancel the
order with the first service provider and book thought the cheaper
provider (I don't mind paying a small premium but these guys are
ripping me off). They have T+C's on the website that states once
booked they will not refund any event money, but can they legally
say that given the Distance Selling Laws?
Mark
