X10 and garage doors

Ok,

I've just setup emergency access to the house via asterisk and 2 x10
modules (appliance and universal) When I dial in on a specific number I get
prompted for a password (I actually do this prompting twice with DIFFERENT
passwords).

Essentially what happens after that is the appliance module turns on, then
2 seconds later the universal module is triggered, then they are both
turned off. This results in the garage door opening.

Now I'm happy technologically that it works... I'm just a little paranoid
X10 wise. Is there really any likelyhood of 2 different house codes, and 2
different unit codes being triggered by power spikes etc.. causeing the
garage door to open?

The garage is attached to the house and allows full access... (although the
dogs may just give anyone who came in a run for their money)

Andy
