www.millsltd.com have some "large trunking" up to 100mm square.
That
should take a fair few cat5 cables. Not particularly cheap though (£8/m
ish). They also have stuff that looks a bit like skirting board.

They also have various intumescent products that can be used to fill the
aperature.
