I did mine last week as Im off to OZ and NZ on 8th December for 6 weeks:)

If you go to http://jetnetting.com/mobile/unlock.htm

fill out the form and pay =A31.99, they will supply you with an unlock
code=
.
You will need your IMEA number form your phone, dial in *#06# and your=20
phone
display will show your number. The unlocking code is obviously a
mathematical formula based on this number, but I dont know what it is.
